The
products of Nano Specials are very suited for transparent
optical coatings. Because of the small
particle size and the low agglomeration level they give
very high transparency properties combined with the special
effect of the particle.
In order to make the particles applicable to the application
Nano Specials has developed a technology in cooperation
with the Technical University of Eindhoven to modify the
surface of the particles. In this way it will be possible
to get a stable dispersion in organic as well as inorganic
solvents and the particle will be compatable to the polymer
matrix of the coating. |
